One of our clients are seeking a freelance Sample Recruiter to support qualitative research projects. This ad-hoc, project-based role involves contacting individuals from provided lists to explain research studies, build rapport, and schedule interviews.
Responsibilities
* Call individuals from Excel spreadsheets using a provided script.
* Clearly explain research objectives and build trust with potential participants.
* Ensure potential participants have correct criteria required to take part
* Schedule research with suitable candidates.
* Accurately record outcomes
* Maintain contact with participants to ensure participation
Key Skills & Experience
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to build trust quickly.
* Proficiency in Excel for data input and management.
* Comfortable working from a script and adapting to ad-hoc situations.
* Prior experience in social or market research, sales or acting is beneficial
Compensation & Logistics
* Compensation: Approximately £42 per recruited participant.
