Are you passionate about customer service and service delivery?We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development team. This role is 35 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary of £25,798, as well as exceptional benefits such as 6 weeks holiday (plus bank holidays), interest free employee loan scheme, and access to a blue light card.This role will primarily support the Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) Team on all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. This will include ensuring ongoing compliance checks (for example right to work, DBS), managing the HR database, monitoring HR processes (i.e. probation, induction, exit interviews), providing the first point of contact for HR queries, recruitment campaigns and the onboarding of new starters.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career.
