Key Responsibili
* tiesLead and manage all on-site personnel, ensuring safe and effective day-to-day site operati
* ons.Ensure full compliance with all health and safety legislation, company procedures, and industry best practi
* ces.Take responsibility for daily site decisions, driving productivity, efficiency, and project profitabil
* ity.Liaise closely with the design team to coordinate drawings, specifications, and the timely resolution of technical queries (T
* Qs).Allocate daily tasks and provide clear direction to site teams, subcontractors, and suppli
* ers.Identify team training and development requirements and support ongoing workforce developm
* ent.Maintain exceptional quality standards through Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) inspections, defect management, and corrective acti
* ons.Monitor project programmes and milestones, producing detailed 2–4 week look-ahead schedules to ensure appropriate labour, plant, and material resources are availa
* ble.Identify opportunities for programme improvements, value engineering, and enhanced project delivery, subject to appro
* val.Review project specifications and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and complia
* nce.Prepare accurate material take-offs and supporting documentation, including marked-up drawings and reco

Desirable Qualifications & Exper
* ienceDegree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discip
* line.NVQ/SVQ Level 4 in Construction Management, or currently working towards qualifica
* tion.Trade background or completion of a recognised construction apprentice
* ship.Minimum of two years experience in site supervision or project management r
* oles.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabili
* ties.Up-to-date knowledge of construction legislation, regulations, and industry best prac
tice.
