Office Manager / Personal Assistant Location: VitalisHealthPrivateGPClinic,Belfast Hours: Full-time,MondaytoFriday,08:3016:30 Salary: £28,275perannum(£15perhour) Holidays: 28 days including statutory holidays About the role We are seeking a motivated, organised Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our small, friendly healthcare team. This is a varied role where you will manage day-to-day office operations, support the doctor with diary and practice management, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Managing accounts using Xero (reconciling bills, invoicing, expenses) Managing staff holidays and contracts Answering emails and enquiries professionally Organising staff meetings and training Managing Dr Grahams diary and holiday schedule Preparing doctors payslips and timesheets Liaising with local businesses to promote our services Checking in with staff to support wellbeing and workflow Keeping the clinic well organised and stocked Ordering stationery and equipment Covering reception during staff sickness or holidays What were looking for: ?Experienceinofficemanagementoradministration ?Confidentuserof Xero foraccounts ?Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills ?Excellentattentiontodetailandaccuracy ?Abilitytoworkindependentlyandproblem-solve ?Experiencemanagingstaffholidaysandcontracts ?
