You’ll work with them on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them stay engaged in lessons, manage their behaviour, and build key learning and social skills. Your work will involve close collaboration with teachers and the SEN team to ensure the support is consistent, structured, and tailored to each pupil’s needs. The Candidate: You should hold a degree in psychology or a related subject and demonstrate a calm, patient approach to working with young people.
