I’m partnering with a highly regarded investment management firm specialising in European private markets in central London to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager. This is a newly shaped role, with ownership of the full people agenda. My client is looking for someone who can bring energy, confidence, and fresh ideas. You’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture, modernising HR practices, and aligning people strategy with business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Own and lead the end-to-end HR function across EMEA, with a blend of strategic and operational focus
2. Partner closely with senior leadership to shape a values-led, high-performance culture
3. Refresh and modernise HR policies, frameworks, and processes
4. Lead core HR areas including employee relations, performance, compensation, onboarding, and compliance
5. Support the business through growth and change, acting as a cultural ambassador and trusted adviser
