Job Role: Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrcial)
Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire
Salary: £300/£350 a day
Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) required to oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-rise residential project in Leeds. Ensuring the scheme is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Required to manage all aspects of the mechanical and electrical components of the project, including HVAC, fire protection, lighting, and other systems. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and other relevant technologies.

Management Skills:
Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects from start to finish.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and other challenges that may arise during the project.

Commercial Awareness:
Understanding of project costs, budgets, and financial management

Safety Training and Certification:
* SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme)
