• Work closely with internal teams to promote membership services, training programmes, and industry initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on membership engagement, retention, and growth.
Proven experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or membership engagement.
• A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Confident in face-to-face meetings, networking, and delivering presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional European trips.
