One of the UK’s leading PLC house builders is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a 300-unit development in East Sussex, comprising a mix of timber frame and traditional build homes. About the role of Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring build programmes, safety standards and exceptional quality expectations are met and exceeded. Working closely with your site team, subcontractors and technical teams, you play a key part in delivering a standout development!
Responsibilities for Site Manager
* Oversee all on-site activities for allocated phases
* Manage H&S compliance in line with the company
* Monitor and drive progress against programme deadlines
* Manage site logistics, deliveries and trades coordination
* Ensure build quality and NHBC compliance
* Lead and motivate a team of assistant site managers and subcontractors
Requirements for Site Manager
* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a volume house builder
* Experience managing timber frame and traditional build projects
* SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid
* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
* A proven track record of delivering high quality homes on time
* NHBC award winning, quality driven mindset!
