Overview
Channel Sales Executive (Lenovo - Working for Powerforce). This is a full-time, permanent role based in the North of the UK (primarily between Manchester and Leeds) with travel and overnight stays as needed. Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company car. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Establish credible, collaborative, and profitable relationships with Channel Partners to deliver Lenovo’s quarterly objectives and drive sales.
* Maximise Lenovo sales and profit through driving brand advocacy and category understanding to Gold and authorised channel partners within the UK, becoming the customer’s first choice for our range.
* Maximise growth opportunity within the gold authorised reseller channel in conjunction with internal account teams.
* Be a product expert with Lenovo products and a genuine understanding of the technology category.
* Own end to end training plans for each allocated channel partner for both products and services.
* Motivate, train, and engage channel partners with the Lenovo brand and products to secure positive recommendations and sell-through.
* Deliver engaging training sessions on the Lenovo brand, products, and services, both face to face and remotely.
* Design, execute and monitor ROI on initiatives to support sales teams across the Lenovo Gold authorised channel partners.
* Execute Lenovo events and training days with robust analysis aimed at increasing pipeline.
* Take ownership of weekly reporting including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance of channel partners.
Experience / Requirements
* Hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
* Experience delivering one-on-one and group training sessions.
* Experience working and selling within a B2B environment, particularly with growth potential accounts.
* Experience establishing and developing strong relationships.
* Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets.
