Your new role They now require a Site Manager to work on a high end residential project on the outskirts of Cambridge, overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain strong communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the programme and quality Monitor progress, manage site documentation. Maintain exceptional quality control, particularly on high‑spec finishes Build strong working relationships.
