Are you passionate about making a difference through effective HR Management? You will be supporting the Directors and Senior Management Team by providing a generalist HR service and partnership. What will I do? Duties may include but are not limited to: Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team Champion the core values and behaviours, creating an environment where every voice is heard and valued. Act as a Change Agent and lead key change management initiatives. Responsible for and lead dispute resolution and employee relations, including disciplinary and grievances. Work with L&D Manager to craft learning programs that meet current needs and anticipate the future. Oversee and create engagement strategies to recognize contributions and provide motivation. Responsibility for compliance through development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures Oversee Compensation and Benefits providing benchmarking data, administration of benefits and overseeing payroll through outsource provider. Monitor HR Metrics to establish and refine company strategy, gaining insights which identify areas for improvement and retention. Ability to operate at both senior level and switch to hands on operational HR administrative tasks. Manage and mentor HR Administrator The Successful Candidate Will? Be fully CIPD qualified or studying towards Level 7.
