Key responsibilities
1. Full responsibility for all elements of food and beverage provision and service within RSA House ensuring world class standards are met.
2. To manage the Dining, Conference and Events, Bar, Entertainments and Administrative facets of the business.
3. Responsible for driving and improving service standards within RSA House and facilitating development of the team.
4. Responsible for the Hospitality operation in the relevant site.
5. Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food and food service are consistently delivered in Line with the Company of cooks brand.
6. To contribute with the team to ensure the service is provided in a professional and timely manner.
7. Develop a good working relationship with the client at the relevant event
8. Working with the GM/ DGM, ensure that correct number of staff are available for all events and that staff are utilised effectively and productively throughout.
9. Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards as set out in the appropriate Company of Cooks manual.
