I am sourcing for an experienced hands-on HR Manager for a 6-month contract to support a business-critical restructure and TUPE process. Based in Sandwell West Midlands you'll be onsite 3 days a week and play a key role in managing change with care and compliance.

Leading and advising on restructure and TUPE activity
Managing a small HR team and providing expert employee relations (ER) guidance
Supporting managers with complex casework and change communications
Rolling up your sleeves to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
