We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Sales Executive at our Peterborough branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.
* Please note: previous experience in an automotive sales role is required

Highlights Of This Role Include
* Talking with and listening to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
* Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations to provide a service-based experience. Ensuring the customer’s buying experience is industry leading, in line with standards.
* Demonstrating suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging test drives.
* Using in-depth product knowledge to guide the customer towards the best choice for them.
* Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to improve and provide seamless service (e.g., attending to AfterSales customers, with the aim of obtaining new business).
* Following up sales opportunities for other teams with the most appropriate specialist (e.g., Fleet Sales).
