We’re looking for a Facilities Site Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring our sites are safe, compliant, and running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for on-site issues, using your stakeholder management skills to keep customers updated. This role is based at our Depot in Finham, Coventry, within the Property team. You’ll work 37 hours a week, and travel may be required; a full UK driving licence is necessary.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high service and compliance standards and work with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate site moves to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
* Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to keep buildings safe and up to standard.
* Provide front-of-house support when required; oversee HSQE monitoring and manage site inductions for facilities staff.
* Act as a key contact for site users; ensure strong communication between stakeholders and the property team.
* Oversee contractor work to ensure efficiency, high performance, and a well-managed working environment.
* Utilise stakeholder management skills as a point of escalation for potential issues; work with supply chain partners to deliver activities on time and to the correct standard.
* Support, coach, and guide peers in the service delivery team to ensure compliance and safety on site.
* Participate in a wide range of capital delivery projects, liaising with contractors and stakeholders on site.
What we’re looking for
* IOSH qualification is essential; proven experience in managing contractors and suppliers.
* Experience delivering statutory compliance activities in collaboration with contractors.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
* Excellent system skills and confidence presenting graphical data to stakeholders.
* Outstanding communication and numerical skills.
* Proactive and enthusiastic; able to work independently and use initiative.
* Flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Well-organised with strong time management and the ability to make independent decisions.
* Passionate about achieving great results and driving continuous improvement.

* Salary range of £28,000 – £30,000
