Your Role:
* Collaborate with the Retention Team and Sales Managers to maximize profitable sales and ensure world-class customer experiences.
* Engage customers, understanding their buying strategies, and facilitate test drives.
* Negotiate pricing and payment methods, including financing options.
* Ensure high-quality delivery and follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Plan and organize daily sales activities to generate new business.
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
* Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure.
* IT literate (PC, Microsoft, web) and holds a full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
* 45 hours per week, plus alternate weekends.
* Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with OTE potential.
