All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Temporary HR Administrator / Nine Month Fixed Term Contract. Hours of work between 20 -24 a week, a mixture of remote and office based PLEASE NOTE AS THIS JOB MAY BE TEMPORARY IN DURATION IT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES CURRENTLY IN PERMANENT WORK. Salary: £13.00 per hour Start Date : ASAP Duration: Ongoing part time temporary / fixes term contract with no legal obligation, but long term may be an option for the right candidate. Interview Details: An informal chat / interview to see where you will be working, meet the team and quell any first day nerves. Location: NN4 Hours of work: The company is open Mon Fri between 08.30 and 17.00 and you will need to work 20 24 hours a week. Once a week you will be required to attend the office in NN4 Our Client: A friendly and family run feel company with a small quiet office. The Role: Supporting the HR Team with all facets of administration related to learning and development, payroll administration and general duties Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: General HR administration duties including drafting letters, filing and archiving New starter packs for candidates and supporting recruitment processes Payroll administration and collating hours and monitoring benefits Supporting compliance and data management Assisting with inductions and meet and greet of new team members Participating in ongoing training and development Point of contact for general enquiries Essential skills and experience: Excellent admin skills and experience supporting an administrative team A team player with excellent timekeeping This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, approachable and highly regarded business client.
