Customer Services Manager | London City (on‑site) | £36,000 - £39,000
My client, a well‑established provider of luxury serviced office space, is looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team in their London City centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee day‑to‑day Centre operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards
* Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met
* Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well‑presented, safe and running smoothly
* Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre
* Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively
* Support team development through regular coaching and performance management
* Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety procedures
Essential Skills:
* Experience in a customer‑facing, commercial environment
* Previous team leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
* Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Package:
* £36,000 - £39,000 salary
