Whytematter Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Administrator to join a busy and growing team in Belfast. This is a key support role providing essential administrative assistance across the business, with a particular focus on supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management team
5. Maintain organised records, documents, and filing systems
6. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
7. Assist with internal communications and reporting
8. Support with document preparation, data entry, and system updates
9. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders professionally
10. Help coordinate office supplies, events, and general office upkeep
What You’ll Need:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role (office or team support)
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
