Interim Global Reward & Benefit Manager
* £350 - £425 per day + holiday pay
* 5 days onsite in Victoria (No flex unfortunately)
* Immediate start
* 6 months (possibility to go permanent)
We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation.
The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.
Key areas of focus are likely to include:
* EU Pay Transparency readiness
* Annual compensation and bonus cycles
* Pay equity and reward analytics
* Reward process improvement and governance
* Workday compensation configuration, reporting, and testing
We're looking for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace.
Ideal experience:
* Proven global reward & benefits experience
* Strong Workday Compensation/HCM capability, this is essential.
* Experience managing international reward projects
* Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
