Job Description
Basic Salary: circa £45,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £60,000+ in year one (uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
The Opportunity
Our client is an established organisation operating within the digital media and publishing space, delivering content, marketing solutions and commercial opportunities to a wide network of industry audiences.
They are looking to appoint a motivated and commercially driven Digital Sales professional to help grow revenue across a portfolio of digital products and marketing platforms. This opportunity would suit a confident salesperson with experience in media, advertising, events or digital marketing solutions who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
This position focuses on developing and managing commercial partnerships across a range of digital platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating revenue, nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver effective campaigns and ensure clients receive strong value from their marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue across a portfolio of digital marketing and media products.
* Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive sales activity.
* Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
* Develop a strong understanding of client objectives and recommend tailored digital solutions.
* Maintain an organised pipeline of opportunities and ensure CRM records are kept up to date.
* Monitor sales performance, revenue trends and campaign outcomes to support continued growth.
* Stay informed about market developments, industry activity and competitor offerings.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across editorial, marketing and events teams to deliver successful client campaigns.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital media, advertising, marketing or events.
* Confident communicator with strong telephone and presentation skills.
* Target-driven with a proven ability to generate revenue and build client relationships.
* Proactive and commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
* A natural networker who enjoys building long-term professional relationships.
* Positive, energetic and solutions-focused.
