Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation within the childrens services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
* Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns, and recruitment administration
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and recruitment documentation
* Processing safer recruitment checks, including DBS applications and references
* Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files, and recruitment trackers
Qualifications
* Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
* CIPD Level 3 qualification
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
