HR Administrator

We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our Shared Service Team on a fixed-term basis. You will provide high-volume, high-quality HR services, supporting the business and employees through various HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
The role is based at our Telford site with a hybrid working model and is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing workload according to SLAs & KPIs, focusing on core HR processes like onboarding and leavers.
* Ensuring data governance & compliance using HR systems & tools.
* Partnering with wider HR teams to support deliverables and re-prioritize as needed.
* Supporting HR projects and activities through administrative support and guidance.
* Promoting continuous improvement within the team.
Beneficial skills and experience:
* Previous HR administration experience.
* Knowledge of HR legislation and GDPR.
* Familiarity with HR & Payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, Resourcelink, 4Me.
* Experience with Electronic Document Management and Project Coordination.
Essential skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint).
* Organized, adaptable, inquisitive, and proactive.
* Tenacious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail with a 'right first time' approach.
