The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple planned works projects within occupied properties. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
These works include:
* Kitchen & Bathroom replacements
* Window & Door installations
* Aids & Adaptations (DDA works)
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple workstreams
* Managing subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Monitoring programme delivery and reporting progress
* Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams
* Managing quality control and inspections
* Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance
* Strong knowledge of kitchen & bathroom programmes and/or external works (windows & doors)
* Experience delivering works in occupied properties
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
