Job Title:
Internal Recruiter

Location:
Poringland, Norfolk (with travel as required)

Salary:
£24,000 - £29,000, depending on experience

Contract Type:
Permanent

Working Pattern:
Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00

The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings and weekends if required for recruitment events.

About You:

As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the candidate experience from advertising to onboarding, with a focus on recruiting in line with our values;

You will be responsible for ensuring the administration and communication of all steps in the process are conducted to a high consistent standard, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers are up to date with the process. You will also ensure that we comply with our Safer Recruitment Policy to ensure we are meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies (e.g. Ofsted and CQC).

The successful candidate will also lead on recruitment events and work alongside service leaders to understand their recruitment needs. You will need a passion for recruitment to help us build a passionate, skilled workforce that delivers exceptional care.

Requirements
:

To apply for our Internal Recruiter role, you will need (Essential):

· Experience of end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, pre-screening, complying with UK requirements for Right to Work and DBS checks.

· Demonstratable experience of working with confidential information and a good knowledge and understanding of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ATS systems (e.g. Indeed and ideally iTrent Web Recruitment)

The ideal candidate will also have (Desirable):

· Recruitment experience in the healthcare, education, or other sector that has legislation and regulations around safer recruitment

· Experience of co-ordinating recruitment events, both internal and external to the organisation.
