As a Sales Executive at Ford, you’ll be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team dedicated to making car buying simple and accessible. We provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. You’ll be involved in:
1. Creating memorable experiences for customers, from initial contact to helping them find their perfect vehicle, and finally, driving away in their new car.
2. Building your product knowledge and passion for the brand to represent it with pride and excellence.
3. Driving sales by following up on enquiry leads, building rapport, and converting appointments into sales.
4. Offering complete packages, including accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
5. Providing fair financial advice compliant with FCA regulations.
