Responsibilities include maintaining critical KPIs, labour retention, customer satisfaction, and unit audit scores above 95%. You’ll support the Customer Service Manager in service delivery, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with SHE and quality standards. The role involves driving performance improvements, participating in audits, and assisting with team management and development. Continuous service enhancement through innovations, process improvements, and root cause analysis is expected. Strong relationship-building with colleagues and clients, alongside maintaining professional standards and completing all required administration, is essential. What we're looking for: A highly customer-focused individual who motivates teams to deliver exceptional service and cost efficiency. Experienced in soft service delivery within a GMP environment and knowledgeable in SHEQ risk management. Understands how to create great workplaces that enhance quality of life for customers. Desirable to have insight into customer business operations and the AZ business model. Strong background in customer service, with IOSH Working Safely certification preferred.
