A main contractor known for delivering super prime residential refurbishments is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a major country home project in Surrey.
The successful candidate will be part of a large team with responsiblity for the day-to-day management of trades, subcontractors, and site operations on a complex, high-value refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily site activity and progress against programme
* Managing health & safety, quality, and compliance
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors
* Liaising closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
Requirements
* Experience managingluxury residential refurbishment projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and finishing standards
* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
