Our client is currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager, to work on the internal demolition / strip out and internal refurbishment / fit out of a care home / school scheme in the Rochdale area. The project starts on the 14th July 2025 and runs for a minimum of 8 weeks. Suitable Freelance Site Managers for this role must have experience as an autonomous No.1 on site with project values from £250k to £2.5million across the commercial, retail, school, carehome and office fit out or refurbishment sectors ideally including internal demolition / strip out. You will be required to be driving the subcontractors, managing contractors on site as a No.1, general day to day issues, quality and programme whilst being a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role.
