The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to lead the development and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a senior role offering strategic influence and operational responsibility across multiple EMEA countries.
The successful candidate will:
1. Shape and implement competitive total reward strategies encompassing salary, bonus, benefits, and recognition.
2. Collaborate with regional HR leads and business stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and retention.
3. Lead the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, policy development, and compliance with local legislation.
4. Manage relationships with benefits providers and optimise programme design.
