Role: Datastage & Oracle Regulatory Developer (Data Engineering)
We are seeking a senior DataStage & Oracle Regulatory Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of strategic changes within the Risk Data Warehouse (RDW) platform, while ensuring continuity across critical regulatory initiatives including Basel 3.1, Murex migration, SA-CCR, and Credit Risk transformation programs.

Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with IBM Datastage and Oracle PL/SQL development.
* Extensive experience in Risk Data Warehouse and regulatory reporting environments.
* Good understanding of Basel 3.1, SA-CCR, Credit Risk, and Murex-related data flows.
* Expertise in ETL architecture, data modelling, and large-scale data integration.
* Experience supporting critical production systems in financial services environments.
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
