Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound calls only – no outbound cold calling.
* Sell and customise large travel and holiday packages.
* Negotiate best rates and exclusive deals with suppliers
* Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
* Upsell extras (upgrades, tours, lounges) to enhance trips
* Deliver excellent service with professional phone etiquette.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets.
