We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a well-respected school just outside of York, who are seeking someone to join their team for up to a year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who enjoys working in a professional yet friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the inbox and diary of the People Director
2. Performing general HR administration duties, including managing employee records, coordinating meetings, and maintaining up-to-date documentation
3. Assisting with policy amendments and formatting documentation
What we’re looking for:
* A confident and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail
* Someone with a DBS on the Update Service – this is essential for the role
* A proactive and organized individual who can handle a varied workload
This role involves working 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:20pm, and Friday, 8:45am - 4:25pm. The salary ranges between £12.33 - £13.39 per hour depending on experience.
