Role Description
This is a full-time On-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Redditch. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communicating with potential and existing customers, handling customer service inquiries, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and following up on sales leads. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with installer customers to generate and grow sales.
* Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and orders from B2B clients.
* Prepare and send accurate quotations for solar systems and components.
* Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close business.
* Support key sales managers in maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM (orders, contacts, and communication history).
* Provide product information and guidance to customers.
* Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and lead follow-ups.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
* Process orders in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
* Maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to queries and issues.
* Assist in chasing outstanding quotes and following up with potential customers.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
* Provide administrative support for tenders, proposals, and pricing requests.
* Generate sales reports and track KPIs for management.
