We're now looking for a Deputy Head of People & Culture to join us on a 12-month FTC to help lead and shape this culture for the future.
The opportunity
This is a senior, strategic role for a credible HR leader who wants to influence people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and deliver meaningful improvement across culture, engagement and people services.
You'll work closely with our Head of People & Culture to:
* Lead key elements of our People & Culture Strategy.
* Drive excellence across People Services, Employee Relations and Engagement.
* Provide expert advice on complex ER matters and organisational change.
* Strengthen colleague experience, wellbeing, belonging and inclusion.
* Use workforce data and insight to drive performance and improvement.
* Develop our People & Culture team, fostering capability, confidence and shared pride.
* Represent DHU in strategic forums, transformation programmes and external partnerships.
