Office Administrator Location: East Belfast Working Hours: Part-Time (Permanent), 16-20 hours per week (afternoons preferred) Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience) Happy Jobs NI are delighted to be representing our client on the appointment of a Part-Time Office Administrator. Due to continued growth and business demand, they are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to support their busy office team. Working closely with a small, dedicated team, you'll manage client communications, mail handling and key administrative processes. Specific Tasks Include: Managing the existing subscription software database (full training will be provided) Handling requests for information and support from new and existing clients Liaising closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations Ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service at all times Ongoing processing of client mail and updating records accordingly Carrying out a range of administrative duties to support daily business activity Maintaining and updating internal records and CRM systems This is a fully office-based role in East Belfast. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enjoys working in a dynamic and service-led environment.
