Overview
These roles will deliver an HR support service to staff and managers across a range of departments.
One established, one temporary with a possibility for extension.
Responsibilities
* Advise managers and staff on HRP policies, processes, and procedures.
* Plan, organise, and implement multiple recruitment campaigns, training events, and volunteering enquiries; provide administrative support to the HR operation.
* Provide and develop all necessary administration including offers of employment, arranging the logistics of training events, being on site to support on the day of events, and running reports; deal with general HR queries.
* As a key member of the HR team, contribute to projects and initiatives; seek efficiencies and ensure consistency of approach in a busy environment.
