HR Manager - Maternity Cover Fixed Term - 12 months, immediate start.
You must be within a commutable distance to the Medway area.
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in a busy and rewarding environment? We're looking for a skilled HR Manager to cover a 12-month maternity contract, supporting a dedicated workforce and driving forward key HR initiatives. * Hybrid working with occasional travel to other locations as required
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Holiday: 26 days holiday, plus the Bank Holidays (increasing with service)

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR function, supporting staff across multiple sites.
* Oversee employee relations, organisational change, and performance management.
* Take the lead on TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions.
* Drive forward the organisation’s approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, embedding inclusive practices at every level.
* Develop and support a culture of learning, growth and high performance.
* Manage internal health and safety responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Ideally CIPD qualification Level 7 or equivalent significant HR experience.
* Strong experience with TUPE, including negotiation and implementation.
* Experience in leading high performing teams and delivering people focused solutions.
* A solid understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to advise at all levels.
