We are looking for a reliable, Skilled Labourer to join our team in Crawley within the next four weeks or so. This isn't a "basic" site role; we need someone with the technical know-how to handle high-level site operations and support our finishing teams. 🛠The Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: Credentials: Valid CSCS Card (Physical card must be presented at induction). Experience: Proven experience in Lifting, Banksman, and Slinger Signaller duties. Documentation: * Valid Right to Work in the UK. A solid 5-year work history with no employment gaps. Two professional finishing references from previous site managers. Logistics: Must be able to drive and have your own full PPE. DBS: A DBS check is preferred.
