We are a UK based web agency specialising in WordPress website maintenance for small and medium businesses. We sell a simple, essential service that business owners understand quickly.
This role is aimed at someone early in their sales career who wants to earn well, build confidence, and develop strong sales skills.

The role
You will sell monthly website maintenance plans to UK businesses.
Plans range from £50 to £100 per month.
You will speak directly with business owners and decision makers.
You will qualify prospects and close straightforward, repeatable deals.
Sales cycles are short and conversations are practical.
There is no hard selling or long proposals.

Earnings and commission
This is a self employed, commission based role with two income streams.
Upfront commission
25 percent of first year value
Paid monthly over three months
Commission locks after 90 days
Recurring commission
5 percent of the monthly fee
Paid every month
Paid for as long as the client stays
High performers unlock 30 percent upfront commission.
There is no cap on earnings.

Realistic earnings
A realistic first year target is 80 to 120 sales.
Around £35,000 total earnings
Earnings grow year on year as recurring commission builds.
What you will need
You will need access to a reliable phone for calling UK businesses.
You will need a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
We will provide a work email address and access to our CRM system.
You will need a quiet place to work so calls can be made clearly and professionally.
A headset is recommended but not essential.
