Responsibilities – HR Manager
* Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and talent issues.
* Collaborate on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
* Oversee effective onboarding and partner on UK recruitment activities.
* Support the implementation of engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
About You – HR Manager
* 5+ years’ experience in an HR Manager or senior HR advisory role.
* Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to advise at all levels.
* Comfortable with data, systems, and delivering measurable HR outcomes.
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is a plus.
