My client is looking for a HR Manager to join the HR team in an HR Generalist capacity with two direct reports. This role is full time, working on site 5 days a week, reporting to the HR Director.
Within this position you will take the lead on supporting the new implementation of the new HR system from their current system, ensuring a seamless migration of all HR functions. You will also oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive training programme for all employees to understand how the new HR system works and ensure they are supported.
Other responsibilities include:
* Support managers on recruitment and workforce planning
* Manage all ER Casework
* Manage the day-to-day running of the HR team
* Oversee the HR system
* Mentor, develop and support the HR team
* Ensuring HR policies are kept up to date
* Provide HR advice, guidance and coaching to line managers
* Hands on involvement with the HR admin processes
What you'll need to succeed
* CIPD Level 5 minimum
* Experience in a similar role previously
* HR Generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of employment law
* Knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation
