The Role & Responsibilities Working with a large staff body from Early Years to Sixth Form, you will ensure that the school’s prestigious reputation is maintained through elite personnel management. End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the hiring process for diverse roles, from specialist PhD-level teachers to estates and catering staff. Compliance Audit: Conducting regular internal audits of personnel files and the SCR to exceed DfE and ISI inspection standards. Training & Development: Coordinating the school’s internal CPD programme and managing the budget for external professional qualifications. Staff Voice: Leading the Staff Consultative Committee to ensure an open and transparent dialogue between the Bursar and the workforce. Requirements Degree: Degree-level education required.
