As part of their continued growth they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team for a 6 month freelance position. They are looking for a candidate with cladding and curtain walling experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage curtain walling and cladding projects from contract award to completion Develop and maintain detailed project programmes Coordinate design development, procurement, fabrication, and installation Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control Lead project meetings with clients, main contractors, architects, and consultants Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Oversee quality assurance and technical compliance Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure smooth handover and completion documentation The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience with cladding and curtain walling Experience working with a principle contractor Relevant tickets Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced environment Committed to maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards How to apply: If you're interested in this freelance opportunity, please apply with your updated CV or contact ITS Building People for more details.
