Tigerplay is a well established UK company, with over 25 years experience of bringing original, bespoke, dynamic design to the children's indoor soft play market. We create, manufacture and install for clients worldwide from Shetland to Singapore to Sidney.
As an experienced Sales Executive you be working as part of the sales team, based at our office in Christian Malford. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, responsible for progressing enquiries and assisting the project manager with the co-ordination of projects when they become 'live'.
You will perform various tasks including:
Respond to incoming sales enquiries (telephone, email and social media)
Record enquiries onto a database
Gather specific detail for the brief and define project requirements
Compose quotations based on design/s
Arrange for the preliminary design to be carried out with our in-house design team
Finalising the design
Assisting with the planning of the project and ordering goods and materials
Schedule project meetings
Monitor project progress
Provide status reports
Update Sales and Project Management programs
To succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask and manage your time well. You must be customer focused and have excellent time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with clients and staff in-house to deliver projects of the highest standard. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Note: This is a position for an experienced sales person ideally to hit the ground running. Naturally some knowledge / experience of the children's indoor play industry would be advantageous but otherwise a strong desire to learn and a healthy appetite for operating in a challenging sales environment would be welcomed.
