HR Manager
Location: Port Talbot
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm or 08:30am – 17:00pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our clients growing manufacturing facility in Port Talbot.
Are you an experienced and hands-on HR professional looking for a standalone role where you would truly make an impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the go-to person for all HR matters across the workforce within a varied position where you’ll partner closely with managers, technicians and senior leaders supporting everything from recruitment and training to employee relations and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead all day to day HR operations, acting as the primary contact for managers and employees
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and development processes
* Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies and company procedures
* Report on key HR metrics
* Identify training needs and coordinate development activities
* Support organizational change and culture initiatives that make the company a great place to work
* Provide general HR administration and occasional office support as required
About you:
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
* Must have experience within a manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Confident working independently in a standalone HR position
* Proactive, resilient and solutions focused with a passion for supporting people and improving processes
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
