Macildowie HR are working once again with an outstanding, growing Leicestershire based manufacturing business who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.
This role is a development role, and therefore is two-fold:
Firstly - You will be responsible for all data reporting, contract and outcome letters, systems updates and spreadsheet management, I know I know, this sounds very admin heavy BUT this will be alongside the day to day support of a headcount of c400 employees from a generalist HR perspective - employee relations, policy reviews and updates and ensuring the function is fit for purpose - the lot!
Secondly - once established, you will be responsible for the HR team of around 3 employees, head up a project on management coaching and be the right hand for the HR Director.
This is a full time position based on-site at their offices in North Leicestershire with the need to work an early shift every week or so (I can explain this in more detail once you have applied).
What are we looking for?
Well this could also be two fold -
Firstly - They will consider someone taking a step up in to the role an established HR Officer/Advisor who has a good understanding of ER and HR admin support.
