Site Manager required for industrial groundworks project in Burscough. The Site Manager will be overseeing rc footings / foundations, groundworks, pits on industrial project. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks, steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager will ideally have worked on industrial groundworks projects. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork. The Site will be a live project environment so Site Managers with live project experience would be an advantage.
