What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Project Managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the best possible end-user experience.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience : 3+ years working with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), including configuration, customization, and integration.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate and C# would be a bonus
Certifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred but not essential).
Soft Skills : Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, with a knack for delivering top-notch solutions.
